The Chalet!!!

Finally......The Chalet that We had always mentioned finally happened on the 12th of October (Friday) to 15th of October(Sunday)....

All Thanks to Wei Wei, Irene, Alex, Evelyn and Kee Sen for the efforts they put in to make this Chalet a success!!!

We do enjoyed ourselves....a pity that I can only join in on Sat night....So sorry to my dearest brothers and dearest sisters....was busy with some other friend's birthday celebration and gathering....I think I really miss out alot of fun....

Althru I only join u people on Sat Night....but I really enjoyed it!!!

We took quite alot of pictures....But guess wat?? The camera went missing after we check out the chalet on Sunday morning....And when Ah hao....Jia Li....wei wei and Irene went back to the chalet to look for the camera.....they couldn't find it....they only saw a cleaner cleaning and tidy out the place.....hmm....

It's our very first chalet organised by us after so many years of talking about it.......and all those precious picture are our memories.....but now....all gone....haiz....sad.....

食字路口 aka Food Chain

Haha....I really enjoyed last Sunday 食字路口 organised by Jacqueline, Zen and Ruby....

For those who have watch Jacky Wu (吴宗宪) program on Channel U....you guys sure know how to play this 食字路口 thing....

And for those who don't know.....well....go find out yourself....it's cool....hahaha....well...basically we need to go around looking for dishes and link these dishes together....

For example....if the 1st dish we eat is a Fillet O Fish....den the 2nd dish might be Fishball noodles or Fish head curry.....and the 3rd might be Curry chicken.....( But please take note, this 食字路口 game is play using Chinese Character and not English!!! I just make an example above for those friends who are non-Chinese)

OKay....watever.....

So this 食字路口 commence at Chinatown and we have more than 30 people participating in it!!
So the 3 organiser aka the 3 小天使 (angel) divide us into 3 large group....and each group will have one 小天使 following them( The 小天使 are more like a facilitator and ensure that none of the group play cheat in the event of playing 食字路口) ...小天使 were also tasked to give the group the 迷头, 迷中 and 迷脚 ( meaning the 1st dish, the middle dish and the last dish) at the correct interval so as to allow the game to be play smoothly.

So the Name of my group was Balls of Fury (LOL....we came out the group name ourselves) our team leader is Caleb and our 小天使 is Ruby....we also came out a cheer for our mighty team!!!

We kick off this 食字路口 at Chinatown...and after some dishes that we ate and some tasks that we did....we make our way to Geylang (where the 迷中 was) and then back to Bugis, monster ice (where the 迷脚 was)

We have to finished all dishes that we came across....and If I didn't remember wrongly...we actually ate nearly 10 dishes or more....well....

Yeah....Went to Orchard, Cineleisure level 4 Kbox on sundy to have a K session with Ying Ying, Jocelyn, Soon Hui and Yi yong.....hahahaha......wow!! Ying Ying and Jocelyn can really sing sia....lol...

After the k session....Yi Yong accompany me from 3pm plus plus to 6pm ( I was waiting for a buddy for dinner) ....So i wanna say a big Big BIG THANK YOU to Yi yong!!! Thanks for accompany me for the window shopping!!!

Well....It was not really a window shopping as I did spent some money buying a Korean songs album ( See above)....lol...And I bought 2 shirts at G2000 after meeting my buddy ( Mr Teo ) for dinner ( See below...one of the shirt that i bought)....LOL

I like the shirts that I bought!!! And I love the CD that I Bought!!!! Simply love listening to Korean songs....it's just simply beautiful....will try to upload the songs to my blog shortly...lol...

ANd after the dinner and the shopping session...Mr Teo and I decided to watch a movie....and well....after some consideration...we decided to watch "No Reservation"

Heez....Look at the pic that I have posted above....Catherine Zata Jones is pretty...But somehow I am more attracted to the small little gal, Abigail Breslin, she is simply so great...so cute...haha...well...I love children...lalalalalala....

And I have decided to buy myself a pair of new shoe on my next pay day!!!! Well....So many friends asked me to stop wearing my NEw Balance shoe....ANd I do think It's time for me to buy myself a pair of new shoe le....

OMG!!! But sunday k box...korean album....G2000...dinner and movie already created a Big hole on my wallet!!!!

And I am still wondering what type of shoe should I buy......

Bowling

Meet up with my close buddies last night in town. Finally....The chalet that we have always been talking about is finally coming soon!!!! Thanks to Wei Wei!!!!

So last night....we are suppose to sit down and discuss about the chalet ( food and drinks etc)....ok....we did discuss alittle...but in the end...all the brothers just took out some money and pass it all to Wei Wei.....lol.....leaving the organiser ( wei wei) and his gf ( Irene) and Evelyn to go and prepare the whole chalet show... ...Are we too mean??

Anyway....Once again....Got to say a big "THANK YOU" to wei wei....if not for his effort....I think we will never have a chalet.....lol...

And so after having our dinner at Orchard....we headed to Marina South for a bowling game!!!
Yeah....one of my favourite sport!! or some say game....watever....

Realise that my bowling skill is gone....yea...really....I couldn't play as well as before le....i can only get afew strike after some really serious blow.....shit man....but nevertheless....really enjoy myself with my buddies last night....it was fun and super funny.....lalalalalala

And also....thank you so much Alex for driving us back after the supper!!!!

And Congratulation to Ming Loon for getting his first new motor bike!!! Hopefully I can get to sit on your bike soon. coolz...

Happened to check up my own pictures that I have posted on my own friendster account.
Happened to go read all the testimonials written by my friends.....

Those testimonials.....those pictures....old memories started rushing into my brain....

So over the past 4 years or so....( OHH!! I was a member of friendster since Oct 2003...time really files)...I went thru my Pre University.....i went thru A-level...I went thru Army...I went thru....went thru...went thru so much...and now....I am what I am now....waiting eagerly to go back school and continue my studies again!!

Some people said I have change, both mentally and physically ....well....I realised it myself too....And so I asked them " So is the change a good thing or bad thing?"
Some say "yes"....and some say "No comment"....well...

Perhaps the change in me becoming a Party Animal wasn't too much a good thing....well..trust me...I am cutting down...

And I have realised the importance of saving money....really....

Den I asked myself....Am I happy??
Sometime I think I am happy...becos there is simply nothing for me to feel sad about....the world is still so beautiful...
But sometime I feel that there is simply nothing for me to be happy too...( Am I having a life that I have always want??) ( what is pulling me back for getting what I want???) ( Are the failure of some relationships still bothering me?? ) ( Am I just thinking too much??)
Well I am confuse...

Currently just hope that the future plan I have plan for myself will work up smoothly.

They said...When U fail to plan, U are planning to fail.

So am I happy? I don't know. But I know I should be grateful for what I am and for what I have....for I am much much luckier than so many people in some other parts and corner of the world....

Let's hope that the poor Indonesia people can pull thru this disaster Earthquake....we shall all pray for them.

Bus 291

Was taking SBS bus Number 291 this evening.....and guess what...the bus driver actually made a mistake...he drove the bus on a wrong route!!!!!!!

He was supposed to make a left turn...but he didn't....instead he drove the bus straight ahead....all the people aboard was kinda surprise when the bus driver didn't make that left turn...some anxious one even press the Bus Stopping bell immediately when the bus misses the turn and continue to travel straight forward....some little noises start to "appear" in the bus....people looking outside the window...looking at the direction of the driver seat...looking at one another...wondering...discussing....

An uncle sitting beside me...asked me what happen??...I smile and replied " The driver didn't make that turn...i think he took the wrong route"

The driver then stopped the bus...and show a hand signal to us...indicating that he will make a big U-turn and he also took down the Big Green Number plate 291!!!....and so we have no choice..but to continue the trip.....

It is the very first time that I experience a SBS Bus actually went on a wrong route...

A guy sitting behind me was complaining about the time wasted to make such a big trip ( I mean the U-turn trip)...well....i am suppose to reach home by 7 pm....and in the end...I reach home at 7:20pm

Well...luckily i wasn't rushing for time....

Sis Birthday!!!!

Yeah...Last Sunday, my family had a simple celebration for my sister's birthday. We went to a Chinese Restaurant in town to have dim sum. And on monday night, we bought a birthday cake for my sis.

Well....the celebration was simple...only My Dad, Mum, Sis and I were involved...but what that is really great is the warmth that we feel....
